Please note: The dates listed above are for 2006. If you require support in 2007, please adjust this schedule by adding a day. In 2008, please add two days of the week until February 29, then add three days of the week until February 28, 2009, and so on.

In order to avoid any confusion, our Support Department will always be open on February 29. If you can wait until then you are sure to receive support (unless your warranty has expired).
